Ofc not a problem that can't be solved with i.e. Personally I prefer the DEX & AGI variant, even AGI gives only 50% Critical DMG of what STR provides, the boost on Sub ATK and APSD is worth it, together with enough Accuracy and ASPD from DEX.ĭEX just because you'll need the Accuracy (HIT) of 400~500 you can't get from STR, it'll be useless to get more Critical DMG, a little Main and Sub ATK and Stability and almost no ASPD at expense of missing a lot if you don't have 100+ flat Critical rate.

You'll also have significantly less aspd - and in turn, motion speed, meaning that you would need to use GSW if you want to have high motion speed. STR>DEX and DEX>STR are also other options, but they're more for builds that use Lunar Misfortune and/or non-Dual Sword skills as main damage, rather than Dual Sword skills, since such stat distributions would leave you with noticeably less sub atk and sub stability - the 2 hidden stats that make Dual Sword skills stronger than others on DS builds. The former gives you more crit dmg, more sub stability, and higher skill multiplier for Aerial Cut, better suit for an Aerial Cut focused build the latter gives you more sub atk and more aspd, a bit more fitting if you use other Dual Sword skills builds instead. Both allows you to deal better damage on Dual Sword skills. Most commonly used stat distribution are STR>AGI and AGI>STR.

What stats does a DS Build use? I keep finding mixed answers between this.
